摘要
"成果导向教育"或称"以成果为基础的教育"(Outcome-based Education)注重对学生的学习动机、学习目标、学习方式的指导,尤为注重提高学生的学习能力和成果意识,对学生的学业成功作了新的诠释。高校的英语教学工作应围绕学生的学习任务、专业设置、职业范围所开展,旨在培养学生的语言能力和综合技能,以适应未来、适应社会。成果导向教育模式指导下的英语教学,强调对学生自主学习的指导和综合素质的培养。
OBE （Outcome-based Education） focuses on the students＇ comprehensive abilities, and concerns about the student＇s tasks, disciplines and their professions in the future .It is a student-centered, outcome-oriented design based on the goals, the ways and the motivations in the coupe of the study, which is stressed on the training of the abilities of self-study and the achievements of competence. It emphasizes the importance of self-study and the results and outcomes in English study under the guidance of OBE.
