摘要
研究了采用渗流工艺制备泡沫黑色金属所需填料粒子的制备工艺和溶解工艺。在正交试验的基础上,确定了较为合理的制备填料粒子的原料配比,选择了较为合理的溶剂及其配比,并从热力学和动力学角度阐述了该填料粒子在专用溶剂中顺利溶解的基本原理。
Manufacturing and dissolving processes of the filling particle, used for making foam ferrous metal by infiltration process, was researched. Based on the orthogonal tests, the forming process and ratio of raw materials for fabricating the filling particles were determined and the proper solvents and their mixture ratios were chosen. The principle of dissolution of the filling particles in this solvent was also analyzed from viewpoint of thermodynamics and kinetics.
