摘要
利用自行研制的填料粒子,采用独特的渗流法制备了多孔金属铝,提出了填料颗粒为球形时多孔金属孔隙率的计算模型,实验证明用此模型预测多孔金属的孔隙率是可行的.
The structure and its control of the porous aluminum prepared by a special pressure infiltration process was studied ,for which a model for calculating the porosity of porous metals was developed. The experiment and calculation results show that they have a good agreement. It was observed that the porosity of the metals was able to be controlled by the compactness of the fillers and the degree of pore opening among them. The porous aluminum with expected pore structure was reliably obtained.
