摘要
复凝聚法是制备明胶缓释微球常用的方法,笔者通过对此方法的适用范围、制备工艺和影响因素进行综述,探讨了明胶与另一凝聚相的浓度、比例、反应体系温度、搅拌速度、pH、交联水平及干燥工艺等因素对成功制备明胶缓释微球的影响。
Complex coacervation is commonly used to make sustained-release gelatin microcapsules, this article overviewed its application field, preparation process and influence factors, investigated the effects of successfully making sustained-release gelatin microeapsules through the concentration and ratio of gelatin and the other condensed-phase, temperature of reaction system, stirring speed, pH, level of crosslink and drying process.
