摘要
目的对以明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材制得的硝酸益康唑微胶囊的含量、稳定性、缓释特性进行研究。方法高效液相色谱法测定微胶囊的含量;采用经典方法,进行影响因素试验、加速试验来考察微胶囊的稳定性;采用渗透法,在相同条件下,测定硝酸益康唑栓剂和硝酸益康唑微胶囊的累积释放百分率。结果微胶囊载药量为36.47%;对光和单纯的高温具有较好的稳定性,在湿热条件下不稳定;与栓剂相比,硝酸益康唑微胶囊释放速度缓慢。结论硝酸益康唑微胶囊呈规则球形,性质稳定,具有明显的缓释特性。
Objective To evaluate the content, stability and release of econazole nitrate in microcapsule consisted of gelatin and acacia. Methods The content of econazole nitrate in microcapsule was determined by HPLC. The stability of the microcapsule was evaluated by classical stress test and accelerated test. The overall release rates of econazole nitrate in the suppository and microcapsule were measured by osmosis. Results The content of econazole nitrate in the microcapsule was 36.47%. It was stabile under light radiation and higher temperature and unstable under higher humidity. Econazole nitrate in the microcapsule had a slower release rate than that in the suppository. Conclusion Econazole nitrate microcapsule is a uniform sphere and stable with remarkable sustained-release property.
