摘要
主要分析了石墨电极锥形螺纹的特点及使用中易发生的问题,并结合石墨电极加工过程,对国产自动线工艺装备上存在的问题提出改进意见。
The characteristics of taper thread of the graphite electrode and the questions resulted in steelmaking were analysed. Improving suggestions for the questions presenting in process and tooling of home made automatic machining line were given by combination with graphite electrode machining process.
