摘要
针对检测中发现的在役液氯钢瓶塞座存在腐蚀的问题,分析其腐蚀机理,并从锥螺纹牙形、螺纹连接形式和加工过程等方面对缝隙腐蚀原因进一步分析论证。指出GB8335的欠缺,结构设计和制造工艺不合理是腐蚀的重要原因,并提出了防范措施。
The corrosion mechanism of the plug boss of a liquid chlorine steel cylinder in service was analyzed for the corrosion problems found in inspections, and further demonstrations and analyses of the crevice corrosion were performed in the shapes of the taper thread teeth, forms of screw connection, and processing. Some protection methods were proposed.
