On Improving Reliability of Complex Engineering System with an Allocation Method Based on Fuzzy Theory

摘要 基于模糊数学理论,建立了串联系统可靠性的模糊分配方法。将影响系统可靠性分配的各种因素综合在一起,并予以量化,从而对系统可靠性进行科学、合理的分配。 In complex engineering systems, many factors that need to be considered are in the form of fuzzy information and thus make it very difficult to handle them properly in design. Fortunately fuzzy theory in mathematics is now a mature and powerful tool which we can utilize to handle funy information efficientlly.Rellability allocation model, mathematically expressed as eq. (11), is the most important equation of this paper. It summarizes all the fuzzy factors that must be considered and the weinhts that should be assigned to them. Even for the same fuzzy factor, its weight is usually not the same in different subsystems. We applied eq. (11) to a six - subsystem engineering system that includes powerplant subsystem, control subsystem, structural subsystem, power supply subsystem, etc. Numerical results of reliability allocation calculated by us for this six - subsystem engineering system are consldered quite satisfactory by the design department.In order to determine the proper weights of all fuzzy factors, eqs. (1) through (4) and eq. (8) are provided.
