摘要
针对给定条件的并联系统建立了系统可靠度与系统费用的模糊综合优化模型。模型充分考虑到目标满意度的模糊性,通过引入系统可靠度与费用的模糊满意集的隶属函数,并根据它们的模糊满意集对其正态分布、柯西分布进行适当修改,使之能够准确表达通常情况下的这两个目标的模糊满意集,最终,把两目标优化问题转化为常规单目标优化问题求解。通过典型实例应用,验证了该优化模型的正确性和实用性,较快地得到了科学合理的优化结果。结果表明,并联两台可靠度为0.95的压缩机相对于其它3种并联系统其综合满意度最高,更符合决策者的实际要求。
The comprehensive optimization model for system reliability and system cost was set up for a parallel system under given conditions. The membership function can exactly express the fuzzy satisfaction set by considering the vagueness of satisfaction degree of objectives and introducing the membership function for the fuzzy satisfaction sets of system reliability and system cost. The normal distribution and Cauchy distribution of this membership function is modified according to the fuzzy satisfaction sets. By doing this, the multi-objective optimization problem can be converted to a single-objective optimization problem to be solved. The validity, practicability and simplicity of this method were proved through an engineering application. The engineering application revealed that the comprehensive satisfaction degree of the parallel system of two compressors (Ri =0. 95) is greater than that of the other three parallel systems.
