摘要
在2007年召开的全国两会上,如何合理的进行新农村建设成为这次会议讨论的重点。随着生活水平的不断提高,农村的物质生活环境和文化生活环境发生了质的改变。如何改善乡镇居民的居住环境和生活质量,使村镇能够可持续的发展是我们面临的问题。文章即从以上背景出发,探讨苏北新农村建设中的生态节能型住宅设计方法。
At the Two Sessions in 2007, how to construct new countryside reasonably became the focus of discussion in this meeting. With the continuous improvement of the living standards of rural life, the material and cultural life has undergone a qualitative change. How to improve rural people＇ s living environment and quality of life and the villages have a sustainable development are the problems we are facing. This paper is starting from the above background, to discuss the design methods of ecological and energy-saving residence in the construction of new socialist countryside in Northern of Jiangsu.
