摘要
苏北农村存在整体经济水平低、村庄之间差距大、土地利用率低、建筑形式单一、基础设施欠缺、生活质量偏低等问题。在苏北新农村建设规划中,应以实现农村的可持续发展为根本原则,提高土地利用,挖掘村庄特色,发展特色经济,处理好经济效益与长远发展的关系,以推动苏北农村经济、社会、生态环境等方面的协调发展。
Northern Jiangsu countryside is characterized by low economic level, discrepancy between villages, low land usage ratio, single architecture form, dearth of infrastructure, low life quality etc. In new countryside construction planning, we should stick to the principle of sustainable development of countryside to improve land use. We shall also explore the uniqueness of villages for characteristic economic development, and meanwhile harmonize the relationship between economic benefit and long-term development. In this way, we will promote social, economic, and ecological development of northern Jiangsu countryside.
