摘要
分析了数控机床加工精度的影响因素,以直线、圆弧为例,介绍了逐点比较法的数控插补原理,给出了动态仿真系统的模块化设计组成.结合C++ Builder实现了数控插补的动态仿真,使得数控插补更加直观、形象.
The aspects that affect the machining precision were analyzed. The principle of the NC interpolation by the point-by-point comparison method was introduced by exemplifing a straight line and a circle. The block design was also afforded. The dynamic simulation for NC interpolation was realized on the platform of C++ Builder,which makes the NC interpolation more favorable for visualization.
