摘要
针对液压支柱产品生产中产品性能实时同步的检测要求,并能从产品的完整检验过程对产品进行在线综合评估分析,从而实现生产检测的自动化,提出了一种以位移和压力实时同步检测的液压支柱在线评估新方法,研究了实现位移、压力、时间等同步耦合的系统实现模型,并根据检测需求研究了所提出方法的工作原理及其软、硬件实现技术,通过采用组件化设计方法解决了各组成模块在线、并行运行有关问题,生产应用表明系统满足预定要求且具有较高的可靠性、稳定性及工作效率。
A kind of new real- time synchronous measurement method for hydraulic prop is proposed to meet the need of the real- time measurement of product characters for production of hydraulic prop and then improve the automatic measurement for the comprehensive evaluation and analysis. The implementation model and teehnology whieh carry out the synchronous eoupling of the displacement, pressure and time is studied, and then operating principles based on application and the technique of the software and hardware is designed. The proposed approach is implemented by components, and then the system can run online and parallel, which improves the reliability, stability and efficiency of the system.
