摘要
介绍了利用MSP430F149作为主控芯片的超声波测距的基本原理,开发了具有无线收发功能的超声波测距仪表,适合复杂环境安装应用。给出了设计方法和系统框图。该系统包含脉冲发射电路、接收电路、温度补偿电路和相应的控制电路。采用nRF905无线收发芯片,实现数据的实时开路传输。实验结果表明该仪表提高了超声波测距的测量精度、可靠性高,可满足工业现场使用要求。
The basic theory of ultrasonic distance detecting based on MSP430F149 was introduced. A kind of ultrasonic telemeter with the wireless sending and receiving function was designed and developed to be installed under complex environment. The design method and system block diagram were presented. The system included pulse transmitter, receiver circuit, temperature compensation circuit and the eorresponding control circuit. The wireless transceiver chip nRF905 was used to realize real-time open circuit transmission of data. The experimental results show that the ultrasound instrument can improve the range of measurement accuracy; it has high reliability and can be used to the industrial field.
