摘要
对上海工业建筑的保护和再利用现象产生的原因及现实影响因素进行系统论述;从上海城市发展、政策引导角度,对上海工业建筑保护和再利用的基本原则、功能定位、规划管理、运作机制等方面提出了策略。
This paper systematically gives expatiation about the formation and influence of the protection and reuse of industrial buildings in Shanghai. From angle of Shanghai urban development and policy guidance, it proposes the basic principle, function positioning, planning and management, mechanism of operation, etc. for protecting and reusing Shanghai industrial buildings.
