摘要
城市遗产保护工作是上海城市规划与建设管理中的一项重要内容。在近20年的探索实践中形成了一套相对完整的法律与管理制度。文章对这一制度做了全面概述,并对其运作特点和利弊进行了分析。
Urban heritage conservation is a very important part of urban planning and urban development mangement in Shanghai.A formal adiministrative system have been made available during the past two decades.This article gives a general introduction to this system.
