摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法对贵州所属九个地区的213所学校的体育教师现状进行了调查,调查结果显示:贵州农村学校体育教师队伍的学历及职称层次偏低,结构不合理;体育教师的配备在平均数上达到了国家规定,但存在区域性差异,专职体育教师仍然缺乏;体育教师对课程改革的认识及课改实践呈现两级分化的态势;教师的教学规范程度逐渐在提高,但仍有接近百分之十的教师教学处于不规范的随意状态;体育教师工作环境和福利待遇差,存在严重的同工不同酬的现象,教师队伍不稳定。
Questionnaire and interview are applied in this article to survey the status quo of P.E. teachers in 213 schools in 9 Guizhou regions. Results show: the degree and academic fide of P. E. teachers in Guizhou rural schools tend to be low, and the structure unreasonable; on the average, the ratio of teachers to students reaches the national standard, but displays regional difference; full - time P. E. teachers are far from adequate; the understanding of the curriculum reform is strikingly different among P.E. teachers; the teaching norm improves gradually, with nearly 10% of the teachers failing to satisfy the teaching norm; the working condition, salary and welfare for P. E. teachers are poor; there exists the serious problem of same jobs but different salaries, making the teaching team unstable.
