疏水性碳酸钙的表征及其在聚氯乙烯中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用传统的碳化法,利用十八碳醇磷酸酯(ODP)表面改性剂原位合成了疏水性纳米碳酸钙,通过TEM、XRD、FT-IR、接触角等手段对产物结构和性质进行了测试,初步探讨了其反应机理,并研究了活化度、白度、吸油值等检测指标。结果表明,改性后碳酸钙的吸油值明显降低,活化度达到99.9%,白度值提高到97.3%。把疏水性纳米碳酸钙应用于聚氯乙烯中,并测定了塑料的力学性能和加工性能。 Hydrophobic calcium carbonate nanoparticles were synthesized in situ via a carbonation route and octadecyl dihydrogen phosphate (ODP) was used as a surface modifier. The products were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and contact angle analysis. The crystal morphology and particle sizes of the calcium carbonate were measured by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The mechanism of the reaction was also discussed. The modified CaCO3 had lower oil absorption value, with the active ratio and the value of whiteness being 99.9% and 97.3%, respectively. The nano-CaCO3 was used in poly vinyl chloride (PVC). The mechanical properties and processing abilities of the PVC were also tested.
