摘要
铁路集装箱运输系统是复杂的随机系统,难以用数学模型准确描述。采用基于仿真的优化方法,对铁路集装箱中心站集装箱装卸作业中,设备的配置和装卸策略进行优化。将仿真与GA相结合,提出了虚拟评价值的概念,计算目标函数适应值时,使用了案例检索、调整仿真模型时间步长和仿真次数等方法,有效地解决了基于仿真的优化方法中,计算量过大的问题,并且能够获得满意解,仿真实验证明了该方法的有效性。分析了集装箱装卸作业中的较优策略。
It is difficult to build a mathematical model for a railway container terminal because of its complexity and randomicity, A simulation based optimization algorithm was adopted to search satisfactory solution on deployment of equipments and the loading-unloading strategies in railway container terminal. The simulation model was combined with GA The definition of suppositional evaluation was proposed. To compute fitness, methods of case index and adjusting time step and simulating times were used. All of these made the algorithm not only decrease the computing time evidently but also have the ability to gain satisfactory solutions. The performance of the algorithm was demonstrated by a simulation of loading and unloading operation in railway container terminal. Finally, optimal loading-unloading strategies were analyzed.
