摘要
仿真优化方法研究的是基于仿真的目标优化问题,基于模型仿真给出的输出量通过优化算法得到最佳的优化结果。由于实际物流系统的复杂性及其本身的随机性,重要物资设备的合理化配置问题需要使用仿真优化方法来解决。港口拖轮是港口物流系统中重要的设备,对拖轮总体配置进行优化研究,提出拖轮数量及马力配置的合理方案,以适应港口的发展,具有重要的现实意义。利用仿真优化方法的原理,开发了一套港口拖轮配置启发式仿真优化系统,能得出理论上最佳的拖轮配置方案,辅助管理者做出科学的决策。
Simulation optimization technique is a special branch of optimization, which is based on computer simulation. Tugboat team has great significance in port system. For the sake of adapting the port development, it is important to put forward reasonable planning for tugboat team. That means the number of tugboats and the horsepower of each tugboat should be marshaled well. For the particularity of the port tugboat working process, it's difficult to set up simulation model of the port tugboat working process by the traditional optimization theories. Therefore, heuristic simulation optimization technique is adopted. A simulation optimization system of tugboat marshaling is also built, which can give reasonable allocation of tugboat team to port manager.
