贴壁细胞不添加CO_2培养初步探索

摘要 将Marc145细胞分别置于5%CO2培养箱和普通培养箱,连续同步培养3代后检测细胞成活状态和增殖情况。结果显示:普通培养箱中的细胞成活率显著高于5%CO2培养箱中的细胞成活率,生长状态也优于5%CO2培养箱中的细胞,当细胞完成消化状态后不添加CO2环境中的细胞比处于5%CO2环境中的细胞增殖早,恢复快,细胞存活时间长。 Marc145 cells were placed respectively in 5 % CO2 incubator and common incubator,con- tinuously cultured for 3 generations and then measured in terms of survival and multiplication rates. The results showed that the cells cultured in the commom incubator were significantly higher in survival rate and their growth was also better than that of the cells cultured in 5% CO2 incubator. After digestion the cells in the environment without adding CO2 proliferated earlier, recovered more quickly and survived longer than those in 5% CO2 environment.
