摘要
针对精神科在开展整体护理和创建模式病房过程中，在护理观念转变、护理书写格式以及护理诊断的确定等方面存在着问题。
Developing the holistic nursing care and model units for one year indicates that problems exist in respect of the change of nursing idea,writing pattern of nursing care records and definition of nursing diagnosis.
