摘要
在区域经济发展过程中,人才的区域一体化是当前迫切的任务。泛长三角四省一市的经济和人力资源有着很强的互补性,应在建立有效的一体化人才培养和开发机制以及高等教育投资合作化、社会保障机制规范化和统一化、企业人才开发层次化和系统化的基础上,通过合理协作,充分利用四省一市在人力资源结构上的互补性,努力构建一体化的、具有高度流动性的、系统化和层次化的人才市场流动机制。
In the course of regional economic integration, cooperation in talent cultivation seem to be the most urgent task. The Pan-Yangtze River Delta, which includes "four provinces and one city", is complementary in economic, social and human resource development. An integrated system of talent cultivation and de- velopment is to be established, by cooperation in investment on higher education, standardization of social security system and systemization of talent cultivation in enterprises. Through cooperation, an integrated, highlymobile, systemized and multi-layered labor flow mechanism of the talent market can be established.
