摘要
对紫外光照射下二氧化钛光催化氧化处理亮蓝染料废水进行了研究。二氧化钛粉末采用溶胶-凝胶法制备。主要研究了紫外光照射时间、TiO2投入量、废水pH值、废水初始浓度和H2O2加入等因素对亮蓝转化率的影响。结果表明,亮蓝溶液初始浓度5×10-5、溶液pH为3时加入30%H2O20.4mL/L、TiO20.5g/L,在紫外光照射60min下,亮蓝转化率可达75.6%,TiO2与H2O2间存在显著的协同效应。
The photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 was investigated through degradation of brilliant blue dye under artificial ultraviolet light. Titania powder was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of the initial concentration of wastewater, reaction time, TiO2 loading, the adding of H2O2 and pH value on the conversion of brilliant blue dye were studied. The results indicated that the conversion of brilliant blue could reach 75.6% under the condition: brilliant blue initial concentration of 5×10^-5, pH value of 3, 30% H2O2 of 0.4 mL/L, TiO2 loading of 0. 5 g/L and ultraviolet light irradiation time of 60 min. There is a remarkable synergistic effect between H2O2 and TiO2.
