即时合成层状双氢氧化物处理亮蓝模拟废水的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究镁-铝盐水解共沉淀法即时合成层状双氢氧化物(LDH)去除偶氮类染料亮蓝的效果及其影响因素。其净化机理是,混合溶液在NaOH快速滴加的同时,溶液中Mg2+、A l3+水解共沉淀形成LDH,染料阴离子以平衡LDH结构电荷的形式进入LDH结构层间,含有亮蓝的LDH通过沉淀分离从溶液中去除。在亮蓝溶液的浓度为800mg.L-1时,镁-铝盐水解共沉淀法即时合成LDH对其去除率可高达99%。正交试验及极差分析结果表明,即时合成LDH处理亮蓝废水的最佳试验条件为:pH8.5,温度80℃,时间对其影响的显著性不大,此条件下去除率达到99.81%。 We preliminary discussed efficiency and effect factors of removal azo pigment brilliant blue FCF by synthesizing layered double hydroxide (LDH) in situ with Mg^2 + and Al^3+ co-precipitates. Principle of the method can be described as follows: Mg^2+ and Al^3+ hydrolyze and form LDH by adding Mg^2+, Al^3+ and NaOH into wastewater containing brilliant blue FCF, anions pigments are selectively intercalated into interlayer of LDH in order to balance positive structural charge while Mg^2+ and Al^3+ co-precipitate and form LDH. The maximum removal efficiency of brilliant blue FCF by synthesizing LDH in situ with Mg^2+ and Al^3+ co-precipitates can be attained to as high as 99% when the consistency of brilliant blue FCF is 800 mg·L^-1. Results of orthogonal experiments and Ranalysis indicate that the best experimental condition to remove brilliant blue FCF from wastewater is pH value 8.5, Mg/Al ratio 3: 1, at 80℃, time of reaction is not remarkable, and the rate can amount to 99. 81%.
