摘要 依据温福铁路客运专线点头特大桥的地形地貌,经过多种施工技术方案的比较,采用自行研制的MZ900SB型上行式移动模架造桥机原位整孔浇筑箱梁,并通过建模仿真分析,提出了上行式移动模架的提前过孔工艺,在梁体浇筑混凝土完成3~4d且达到80%强度后,通过张拉部分预应力以承受梁体自重和移动模架过孔荷载,从而实现初张拉后的提前过孔技术,从原来18d生产1孔箱梁缩短为提前过孔后的12d生产1孔箱梁,工费缩减了1/3,大大加快了施工进度。 Based on the landform of the site where Diantou Extra Large Bridge of Wenzhou-Fuzhou PDL is situated, from varied plans, the self-made MSS ( Movable Scaffolding System) typed as MZ900SB is selected for box beam casting in original position. By analysis on the mold in emulation mode, the author raises a technique as the upper operational MSS shall span in advance, meaning that 3 or 4 days after placing, the concrete will get to about 80% of the designated strength while the spanning load of beam and MSS can stand on parts with some pre-stressing tendons tensioned, therefore the period of production for a span of beam is shortened from 18days to 12days, resulting in that the construction speed is quickened a great deal while one thirds of cost on labors is decreased.
