叙述了居民生活用能的影响因素和发展趋势,分析了当前山西省居民生活用能节能的潜力和途径,提出山西居民生活用能的重点任务和政策建议。
The paper narrates factors affecting the energy-using in residents livelihood and its developing trend, analyzes potentialities and ways in using and saving energy in residents livelihood of Shanxi presently, and puts forward some suggestions both on policy and task about energy using and saving for residents livelihcod of Shanxi.
