摘要
调查了145份云南野生、半野生枇杷种质资源的29个枝梢及叶片性状,采用数量分类学的方法对该群体进行研究。Q型聚类分析可以比较理想地将145份种质在L1=20.64水平上分为5个组,实验表明老叶叶背茸毛脱落与否、叶柄长度、叶脉对数和叶片长度在枇杷属植物分类中起着重要作用。R型聚类分析探讨了29个性状的相关性,结果表明多数性状具有相对独立性。主成分分析表明,29个性状可综合分为10个主成分,其累积贡献率达71.8%,根据前10个主成分与性状间的相关性,选出了影响力比较大的17个性状,并分为3个分类等级。
Twenty-nine characteristics of shoot and leaf in 145 accesions of wild,semi-wild loquat (Eriobotryajaponica Lindh)collected from Yunnan province,were investigated and analysed by numerical taxonomic methods. All the plants can be grouped into 5 groups at the level of L1 =20.64 by Q cluster analysis ; the pubescence fall or not of old leaf back, length of leaf stalk, number of veins and length of leaf blade were of great valve in classification. R cluster anaylsis showed that the 29 traits had independent influence on the genetic relationship. The principal component analysis showed that the 29 traits were intergrated into 10 principal components (PC), their aecumlative contribution ratio amounted to 71.8%.
