摘要
目的:探讨健儿清解液治疗儿童原发性疱疹性口炎的临床疗效方法:选取2006年10月—2008年5月就诊的原发性疱疹性口炎患儿149例,用随机对照法将患儿分为两组,治疗组口服健儿清解液治疗,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒治疗,两组同时辅以口腔局部涂布西瓜霜喷雾剂,以5天为1个疗程,进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健儿清解液治疗小儿原发性疱疹性口炎获得较好临床效果,且无毒副作用,是安全、有效的药物。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of JianEr QingJie oral liquid for the treatment of Primary Herpetic Stomatitis（PHS）.Methods：A total 149 children patients with PHS were randomly divided into treatment and control groups：JEQJ group（83 cases） and Ribavirin group（66 cases）.Patients in both groups were treated for 5 days. Results：There was a better curative result in JEQJ group than in Ribavirin group（P〈0.05）. The response rates in JEQJ group and Ribavirin group were 95.18% and 83.33% respectively. Conclusions：JianEr QingJie Oral Liquid was a kind of effective and safe drug for the treatment of PHS.
