摘要
从文化的视角看,高校德育与大学生犯罪实质是两种不同的文化。高校德育对大学生犯罪的制约,其本质是高校德育先进主流文化对大学生犯罪这种腐朽亚文化的抗衡与引导。充分发挥高校德育对大学生犯罪的预防作用,应加强高校德育文化的建设,提升教师的文化素养,重视大学生的文化素质教育,形成高校联盟,构建大学生犯罪腐朽亚文化的研究机构。
Considering from the visual angle of culture, university moral education and university student＇s crime are two different cultures. The restriction of university moral education on student＇s crime is essentianlly the contend and guide between the advanced major culture of university＇s moral and moribund subculture of students crime. The paper then points out that some countermeasures should be taken to enmanicipate fully the prevention function of university moral education on university student＇s crime, they are as following： to strengthen the construction of university moral culture, to promote teachers and students cultural awareness, to form a university alliance so as to establish an insititute of moribund subculture of students crime.
