基于患者报告的结局在中医药治疗中风病临床疗效评价中的应用探讨 被引量：1

Study on Patient Reported Outcome which is used in Chinese medicine's clinical efficacy evaluation of stroke

摘要 介绍患者报告的结局(patient reported outcomes,PRO)的含义、研究概况及其评价方法应用于中医药治疗中风病临床结局评价中的研究思路,并对中风病PRO量表研制的基本过程和原则进行了描述,认为PRO测评可作为中风病中医临床疗效评价的重要补充,其研究方法值得在多种慢性疾病的临床研究中推广应用。 Objective：To introduce the Implication,research survey and appraisal method which is used in the Chinese medicine＇s clinical research of stroke of Patient Reported Outcome, describe the basic process and principle, think that PRO can be the important supplement of Chinese medicine＇s clinical efficacy evaluation of stroke, the method of PRO is worth to extension and application in the clinical research of other chronic disease.
