摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定消炎镇痛膏中盐酸苯海拉明含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB-CN,流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(用冰醋酸调节pH至6.5)=51∶49∶0.5,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为258nm,柱温为30℃。结果:盐酸苯海拉明进样量的线性范围为0.1～4.1μg(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.44%。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂中盐酸苯海拉明的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of benzhydramine hydrochloride in Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment by RP - HPLC. METHODS： The determination was performed on Zorbax SB CN column. Acetonitrile water triethylamine （51 ： 49 ： 0.5, adjusted to pH 6.5 with acetic acid glacial） was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 258 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 12. RESULTS： The linear range of benzhydramine hydrochloride was 0.1～4.1μg （r= 0.999 9） with an average recovery rate at 98.4% （RSD = 0.44% ） . CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, sensitive, reliable and applicable for the determination of the content of benzhydramine hydrochloride in Xiaoyan Zhentong ointment.
