摘要 以聚碳酸酯二醇和4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,合成水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂,研究了纳米TiO2对聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯黄变性的影响。确定了纳米TiO2的最佳超声分散条件:分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)用量质量分数2%、超声时间40min、超声功率900W、pH值7、温度35℃。通过测定黄变因子发现,聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯比普通聚酯合成的聚氨酯耐黄变性能更为优良,经纳米TiO2粉体改性的聚氨酯比未经改性的黄变程度大为降低。 Polyurethane was synthesized by polycarbonate diol (PCDL) and 4,4' - diphenylmethane diidocyanate ( MDI), which was contrasted with polyester polyol - based PU in yellowing performance. The influence of nano - TiO2 on the yellowing property of PU film was also studied. The effect of ultrasound on dispersing capability of nano - TiO2 was researched, and the optimum ultrasound dispersing condition of nano - TiO2 suspending liquid are as follows:the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 2%., ultrasonic time is 40 minutes, ultrasonic power is 900W, pH is 7, temperature is 35℃. By testing the yellowing index, PC- DL - based PU was better than polyester polyol - based on the resistance to yellowing. The performance of yellowing resistance could be improved with blending adequately dispersed nano -TiO2 into technical polyurethane.
