摘要
研究了单一、二元混合以及三元混合分散剂对纳米ZnO的分散效果,探讨了分散剂用量对纳米ZnO粉体分散性的影响.结果表明:二元混合分散剂分散效果优于单一分散剂;三元混合分散剂分散效果更佳,分散剂的用量为水的质量分数的0.4%时分散效果最好.
The dispersion results of nano-ZnO with single-component, binary and trinary dispersants were studied, and the influence of dispersant amts. on the nano-ZnO dispersibility was probed. The results showed that the binary dispersant gave better results than the single-component one, the trinary one was still better, and 0.4% of the dispersant (based on used water wt) resulted in the best dispersiveness.
