摘要
以乙酸乙酯和0.05mol/L HCl组成混合溶液作萃取剂进行金银花中绿原酸的提取。研究了萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取次数和乙酸乙酯浓度对绿原酸提取率的影响。单因素研究发现,用70%乙酸乙酯、70℃萃取2次(每次1.5h),绿原酸可以被较好的萃取。在单因素试验基础上进行了正交优化试验,获得了优化的萃取条件,用55%乙酸乙酯于70℃萃取1.5h(2次),绿原酸提取率最高,为1.01%。
The influences of extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and concentrations of ethy acetate on extraction rate were investigated. Single factor experiment showed that eholorogenic acid can be extracted preferably under these conditions of 70~C,70% ethy acetate,extraction 1.5h for 2 times. Orthogon~ design experiments indicated extraction rate was the best as high as 1.01% using 55% ethy acetate extraction for 1.5h with 2 times at 70℃.
