摘要
采用测力传感器对可调喷嘴涡轮的喷嘴环调节机构的驱动力进行了测量。在考虑了喷嘴环气动转矩的传递过程后,通过换算,求出了气动力作用在喷嘴导流叶片转轴上的转矩。经过重复试验测试,试验结果具有可重复性,证明该测试方法简单有效。由试验得出,在导流叶片开度相同条件下,气动转矩随涡轮中气体质量流量的增加而增大;在流量相同的条件下,气动转矩随导流叶片开度的减小而减小,甚至会改变转矩方向而为负值。此结果为设计喷嘴环调节机构提供了参考依据,并为采用CFD方法对导流叶片气动转矩在发动机全工况范围内的变化进行研究提供了数值基础。
The driving force of turbine nozzle ring adjusting device was measured with the force sensor. Based on the consideration of nozzle ring pneumatic torque transmission, the torque of pneumatic force acting upon nozzle guide vane was acquired by calculation. The result was verified by repeatable experiments, which proved that the method was effective and simple. The result indicates that the pneumatic torque increases with the mass flow increase of turbine at the same guide vane opening. At the same mass flow, the pneumatic torque decreases with the opening decrease and even becomes negative value, which means that the torque orientation is reversed. The result brings the reference for nozzle adjustment design and the numerical fundament for guide vane pneumatic torque research in engine full operating conditions with CFD method.
