摘要
针对GT35V可变喷嘴涡轮增压器开发了一套涡轮开度电控系统。该系统以步进电机为核心元件,以MCS-51系列单片机及其扩展为电控单元,采用模块化的设计结构完成了控制软件的编制。通过电控系统调试及其在CA6DE1-21K柴油机上的标定试验,表明该系统具有结构简单、可靠性好、精度较高等特点。
An electronic-control system is developed for GT35V variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT). In the system, a step motor is the key component of the actuator, and a MCS-51 single chip processor (SCP) and its extended circuits are the electronic control unit (ECU). The control software with modularized structure is compiled. The debugging and tuning on electronic control system and its calibration test on CA6DE1-21 diesel engine are conducted. The results show that the system is simple in structure, reliable with high accuracy.
