摘要
本文通过上海交通大学多年改革和实践,不断探索高校运动队的机制和管理模式。机制的多元化符合当前高校的实际状况,由校职能部门全面负责运动员思想、学习和训练具有十分显著的效果。
Through several years' reformation and practice of Shanghai Jiaotong University, the author explored the mechanics and administrative mode of common college sports teams. Multiple mechanics conform to the current actual situation of college. Remarkable effects appear If the administrative department of college is fully responsible for the athlete's thinking, study and training.
