摘要
采用调查访问、文献资料以及水平比较分析等方法，对中美两国大学高水平运动员的选材管理现状及特点进行分析与比较。研究结果表明中美两国大学高水平运动员选材在管理手段、管理人员、选材方法、选材渠道以及录取标准等方面各有特点，差别较大。据此。
The present study compares the present situation and characteristics of administration of elite collegiate athletes selection between China and America through methods of investigation,literature and horizontal comparison.Results show that there are significant differences on aspects of administrative means,administrators,methods and channels of athletes selection and admission criteria between China and America.The paper also puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
