摘要
本文以指导大学生做好职业生涯规划为切入点,引导大学生确定自己最佳的职业奋斗目标,从而激发学生在校期间的学习积极性,变被动学习为主动学习,以达到增强学生的自主学习能力、确定学生的核心竞争能力、激发学生的创新能力的目的。
Setting out from guiding the students career plan, the teachers can help the students to set up their career goal. This goal could stimulate the students in their learning. The students may turn from passive learning to active learning. By so doing, the students’ learning ability and the students’ core competence will be enforced. Their creativity is enhanced.
