摘要
观察稀土元素对作业工人植物血凝素(PHA)皮试、淋巴细胞非特异性酯酶染色(ANAE)及淋巴细胞转化率等细胞免疫功能的影响。还测定了作业环境空气粉尘浓度、原料及产品放射性比活度和γ照射量率。结果表明,按工龄分级比较,稀土作业工人的细胞免疫功能明显低于非稀土作业者,提示稀土作业环境对工人的细胞免疫功能有一定影响。
Chief PointsStudying the effdects of the rareearth elements on someworking people's protogonoeyte hemagglutinin (PHA),alymphocyte nonspecialityof abesterase chromosome(ANAE) and cellular immunity ofthe changing rate of alymphocyte,contrasting those with some nonrareearth workers,testing their dust density,radiation proportion and radiance,we can find that in the same working age group the rareearth worker's cellular immunity is clearly lower than the nonrareearth workers,It shows that the rareearth working environment has effects ontheworks' cellular immunity.
