摘要
大型模具抛光是模具加工和调试过程中的重要工序。目前大型模具的抛光主要以手工为主,抛光效率低且质量不稳定,模具手工抛光已成为高质量大型模具制造业发展的瓶颈。针对大型模具加工设计一种新型半自动化抛光机构,采用Pro/Engineer和ADAMS软件对所设计的模具抛光机构进行运动仿真及力学分析,结果表明:该机构具有多自由度、可自由定位、随遇平衡等优点,且省时、省力。
Polishing is studied which is the key to the restriction of the surface quality and service life of the die following the rapid development of industry of mould manufacture in recent years. A kind of semi-automation polishing mechanism is designed to take the place of the hand polishing which is used now preserring its advantage of multi-angle, multi-degree-of-freedom, free location and indifferent equilibrium. This article uses the simulation analysis software of Pro/e and ADAMS to design, motion simulation and motion analysis of the mechanism. And at last we can confirm that this mechanism can meet all aspects requirement of the hand polishing, and having the advantage of time saving and labor saving.
