摘要
虚拟样机技术是利用软件建立系统的三维实体模型和动力学模型来分析和评估系统的性能,从而为物理样机的设计和制造提供参数依据。简述了虚拟样机技术、三维建模工具Pro-e和动力学仿真软件ADAMS以及虚拟样机开发的流程;介绍了它在曲柄摇杆机构仿真分析中的应用。
The virtual prototype technology is used to establish the 3 dimension solid model and dynamic model, analyze and evaluate the property of the system, and to provide parameters reference the designing and manufacturing of the physical prototype. This paper article briefly discusses the technology of the virtual prototype, 3 dimension modeling tool (Pro-e), dynamic simulation software (ADAMS), the program of the virtual prototype research. At last, it introduces its applications in the simulation crank rocker mechanism.
