摘要
针对透平机械的气流激振问题所发展的阻尼密封技术的研究现状进行了综述。详细介绍了三种典型阻尼密封技术袋型阻尼密封、蜂窝阻尼密封和孔型阻尼密封的结构特点、动力学特性和阻尼机理及研究和应用现状。介绍了所开发的用于预测孔型阻尼密封转子动力特性的基于两控制容积Bulk Flow理论的模型和算法,并采用具有试验数据的孔型阻尼密封进行验证。最后对阻尼密封技术的设计、研发及在透平机械行业的应用前景进行了展望,以期对我国透平机械的密封系统的研发提供理论基础和技术参考。
Due to the seal aerodynamic excitation in turbomachinery, review on damper seal technology is presented. The geometrical structure, rotordynamic coefficients and damper mechanisms of three typical damper seals: pocket damper seal, honeycomb damper seal and holc^pattern damper seal technology are introduced in details. In addition, the corresponding state-of-art damper seal technology applications in turbomachinery are also illustrated. The numerical simulation model and algorithms based on two-control volume Bulk Flow theory for predicting the rotordynamic coefficients of the honeycomb damaper seal and hole-pattern damper seal are developed by the TurboAero Group of Xi'an Jiaotong University in China. The reliability of the developed algorithms is demonstrated through comparison with the published experimental data. The research and development of the damper seals for future turbomachinery industries are also discussed.
