摘要
提出了迷宫密封腔两控制体模型的理论计算方法,从流体力学基本方程出发,经逐腔计算,获得各腔内的压力分布及反映气流对转子激振力的动力特性系数,实验结果与理论计算具有较好的一致性,为高参数的透平压缩机械转子稳定性评价提供了重要的理论依据。
We present a theoretical calculation method of a two-control volume model of labyrinth seal chambers by calculating every chamber according to the basic fluid mechanics equations so as to obtain the pressure distributions of every chamber and the dynamic characteristic coefficiences that embody the gas vi- bration and the excitation force.The experiment results are consistent with the theoretical calculations. This provides an important theoretical basis for the stability evaluation of rotors of high quality turbo-com- pressors.
