摘要
本文在获得PVC/CPE共混物具有高冲击强度配方基础上,着重研究了模压工艺条件和着色剂对该共混材料力学性能、热性能和电绝缘性能的影响。结果表明:工艺条件的改变,对材料的性能均有着不同程度的影响,当工艺条件控制恰当时,可以获得最大冲击强度。着色剂的加入,使材料的冲击强度有较大的降低,但同种色料在所研究用量范围内则降低不多,对其他性能影响甚微。
おhis study is focused on the effects of moulding conditions and colourants on the mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of PVC/CPE blend. The results show that the material has maximum impact value(notched) when the quantity of CPE is 16phr. The impact strength is considenably decreased after colorants are added in PVC/CPE blend, but the change of other properties is not remarkable. At the same time thermal stability of the materials very good.
