摘要
对丙烯酸酯接枝氯乙烯共聚物(ACR-g-VC)增韧聚氯乙烯(PVC)体系的力学性能和加工性能进行了研究,通过与丙烯酸酯核-壳接枝共聚物(ACR)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)增韧 PVC 体系的加工性能进行对比,发现其加工性能与 ACR 增韧 PVC 体系的加工性能接近。通过对 PVC/ACR-g-VC 与 PVC/ACR 的力学性能和形态结构的对比,分析了两种体系增韧效果差异的原因。实际应用研究表明,ACR-g-VC 与 CPE 共同使用时有协同增韧作用。
Poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) was modified with acrylics-g-vinyl chloride copolymer (ACR-g- VC) and its toughness and processability were compared with those modified with impact modifier acrylic rubber (ACR) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). It was found that ACR-g-VC and neat ACR possessed similar effects on the processability, but different on toughness. The reason for different behavior was analyzed based on the micromorphologies. In addition, synergistic effect was observed when ACR-g-VC was used together with CPE.
