摘要
总结了建设北京市建筑电气与智能化实验教学示范中心的经验。针对建设高水平实验教学示范中心过程中普遍存在的问题提出若干对策，实践表明这些对策对做好一般高等院校的实验教学有一定借鉴作用。
Some experience and lessons are summarized on constructing the experiment teaching center of electrical and intelligent engineering on building in Beijing. Some problems and countermeasures with commonness are proposed on building a high quality eexperiment teaching center. These countermeasures are proved to be reasonable and available combined with practical situation for other colleges and universities.
