摘要
目的通过对36例消渴丸严重低血糖反应病例进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对1994～2008年中国期刊全文数据库文献进行检索,对消渴丸导致的36例严重低血糖反应病例进行统计与分析。结论临床医师应根据患者情况注意个体化给药,通过提高合理用药水平,加强用药监护,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective By collecting the severe low blood sugar reactions of xiaokewan ,to provide references for rational use of drug in the clinic. Methods 36 cases ADR of xiaokewan were collected and analyzed statistically from CNKI articles in 1994-2008. Conclusion The doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to ADR of xiaokewan, and reduce ADR by promoting rational use and strengthen administration monitoring
