摘要
针对船舶增压锅炉负荷变化频繁且变化幅度大的特点,以及双交叉燃烧控制中固定偏置不能反映负荷变化的大小这一缺点,给出了一种非线性变偏置双交叉限幅燃烧控制策略,讨论了变偏置函数对控制系统的影响.计算机仿真试验给出了变负荷时燃烧系统过渡过程曲线.仿真曲线不但证实了变偏置双交叉限幅燃烧控制理论的正确,并且对比了不同类型偏置函数对系统的影响.变偏置双交叉限幅燃烧控制策略使燃烧系统既具有经济性又有快速性,而且对减少主蒸汽压力的动态偏差效果也十分显著.
Aimed at the characteristic of the frequency and wide range load of the marine supercharged boiler, and the dual-crisscross limiting range combustion control can not reflect the range of load, this paper provides a combustion control strategy featuring variable offset and dual-crisscross amplitude limit, and discusses the effect of the variable offset function to the control system. In this paper, the simulation results show the correctness of the theory analysis of the combustion control strategy featuring variable offset and dual-crisscross amplitude limit is confirmed by the analysis of curve. And different kinds of offset function affect the control system differently. This control strategy improves the fuel economy of combustion and quick response to load changes. And it also can reduce the dynamic error.
